Most efficient way to fatten a human:
include abundant amounts of food
that increase insulin

Insulin significantly reduces metabolic rate:
accounting for 30% of fat gain

Control carbs
-if it comes in a bag or box with a bar code...be careful
-sugar is terrible
-including fruit juice and smoothies

Prioritize protein
-optimal daily intake: 1.5g protein per kg ideal body weight
[daily: 100 - 150g minimum for average adult]

Stop fearing fat

Test what you learn

-try it for a month
-it should be sufficiently practical to follow indefinitely
