NRA/CRPA Lawyer Says Bans on Large Capacity Magazines are Constitutional.

"Whether 50-round, 75-round, or 100-round drum magazines are constitutionally protected is a different question because they may be much less common and may be unusual." Judge Benitez, Duncan v. Bonta page 36.

The #NRA does this sort of thing in every lawsuit it funds. Including #NYSRPA v. Bruen.
