Instruction:
1️⃣Starting Stance:
Begin in a grounded horse stance, and palms facing upward at shoulder height. Envision your arms as bridges connecting you to the heavens.
2️⃣Shift Your Weight:
Shift your body weight onto your left leg. Keep your right leg straight and gently bend your left knee.
3️⃣Heavenly Connection:
Begin to lower yourself deeper into the stance while simultaneously raising your left arm toward the sky. Extend your fingers gracefully upward, as if reaching for the heavens. Maintain a sense of calm and connection as you hold this position briefly.
4️⃣Transition:
Inhale deeply, focusing on the energy exchange between your raised hand and the universe. Then, exhale gently as you transition to the other side.
5️⃣Opposite Side:
Shift your weight to your right leg this time. Your left leg remains straight while your right knee gently bends.
6️⃣Heavenly Ascent:
Descend into your stance as you raise your right arm toward the sky, fingers pointing upward to the heavens. Feel the connection between your hand and the cosmic energy above.
7️⃣Cycle Continues:
Inhale deeply once more, acknowledging the balance and flow of energy, and then exhale as you return to the starting position.
8️⃣Repetition:
Continue this graceful cycle for a total of 24 mindful repetitions (12 on each side). Let each movement be a gentle communion with the heavens.
9️⃣Closing Stance:
Complete your practice by standing upright, palms facing upward, and take a few deep breaths, appreciating the sense of harmony and balance within.
🔟Mindful Awareness:
Throughout the practice, maintain a deep sense of mindfulness, allowing your breath, intention, and movement to become one harmonious flow.
