Our 9th installment to DubStep Philosophy features radio broadcaster, author and researcher Robert Monroe, founder of the Monroe Institute, an organization renowned for their work in the exploration of human consciousness. One of the most notable projects associated with the institute was the Gateway experience, part of the CIA funded Stargate Program.
