Thieves and Robbers

John 10:1-6
Jesus continues His discourse with the blind scribes and Pharisees from Chapter 9. He speaks specifically here to these men when He explains that anyone who climbs up the wall to enter the sheepfold are thieves and robbers. There is only one entrance into the household of God and that entrance is the Door, namely Jesus Christ. This warning however is not only for scribes and Pharisees, but for any and all who try to get to God in 'some other way' than the one prescribed.
