Government TELLS Citizens to Carry Guns?!

The government of Israel is once again urging citizens to carry firearms to save lives. I am told that a super computer was involved and scientists confirmed what we in America are still waiting for our leaders to universally understand: the amount of people killed by a murderer may have a correlation to the amount of time it takes for a good guy with the gun to stop him and it doesn’t matter whether there is a badge involved or not, just well placed bullets. And without getting one bit into politics or weighing in on morals and only commenting on this one government pronouncement I wanted to take a look at the situation.
