and yet a _fortune_ and _riches_ for the _lucky_ bosses
who sub-contract jobs to each other.

Ah, the _cycle_ of business.

That's how it's been.

### Hidden Influence - 6 Of Trumps, Lovers

The _lovers_ card is about _connectedness_,
in this case the _mutual_ _cooperation_,
even _collaboration_,
in the _bargaining_ and _negotiation_
of public private _partnerships_.

There's a _collusion_ between business and government,
a revolving door,
they are _lovers_ and they are _one_ and the same,
making the same _choices_.

Then of course there's the fact that
everyone in the governments is an idiot.

They have _confidence_ and _conviction_, sure,
an _unconstrained_ _purity_ in their ideology.
But they are _fools_ like little _babies_ and
they are wrong and they don't understand anything.

They are either colluding, or being taken for fools.

So that brings us to the present:
a confluence of the _stars_,
This _natural_ _opportunity_ for _prosperity_,
and the _elegant_ _confidence_ game
that the companies run against their
gullible public and colluding government.

They _assist_ each other,
chasing the _glamour_ and _serenity_
in a kind of unconscious _conspiracy_.

A _cynical_ _villain_ and his _joker_ _company_,
colluding with the _sovereign_ _leaders_
in a _ravenous_ _devouring_ of public money,
a _rapacious_ _opportunistic_ _masochistic_ scam
against the public
caused by a _liberal_ free-market ideology
that leads to nothing but _hardship_.

They're supposed to be _adversaries_
and instead it's just kickbacks and
the _charismatic_ _rich_ profit-skimming
from subcontractors ten layers deep.

### Summary

In summary then, fortunes have been made by
morally bankrupt people that have been running
the railways.

The loving relationship between government and
business and the idiot members of parliament have
led to this bright star of collusion between those
idiots and the private enterprise.

The reason then, the final answer, is the cynical
rapacious companies are colluding with the sovereign government,
they are so close there is barely a line separating them.

Corruption and opportunism is why it costs ten
times more, because there are ten levels deep of
private enterprise skimming off tax-payers money.
