Are you interviewing for a new job and wondering if it's a good opportunity? Here's 5 job interview red flags to watch out for.

1. If you don’t get a chance to speak with your manager, run for the hills.
2. Ask what the average tenure is for your position, how long it takes for you to promote to the next level, & speak with someone who’s done it. Incentives matter.
3. Avoid 100% commission only, you need to get a base/salary, great healthcare, & rewarded for your performance.
4. Ask about who owns the company and how you see the next 5 years playing out, avoid PE owned, are the founders still involved?
5. Trust your gut.
