A lot of people ask me about my fitness regime so I thought I'd put this basic introductory video together! As someone who LOVES all the wrong things on the table, I've found that 'little & often' and the 80/20 rule have been the most effective tricks for me in maintaining good health & fitness - hopefully this video explains a little more about my own transformation.
