Delphi trail safety project to get big donation

The Delphi Trail Safety Task Force say they will receive a $50,000 grant from the Indiana Housing and Community Development Agency for improvements to the trail where two teens disappeared last February. The killer of Libby German and Abby Williams still has not been found.
