This is how I have managed my bad back for over 30 years. A combination of back extension and stretching coupled with core exercises have kept me out of bed and active. Let me show you how I do it now at 76.

I couldn't find the Orthopod for sale anywhere but I have found a similar machine available on Amazon. It is expensive, but I would buy this for myself in a minute to replace my Orthopod if it were to break.
