Problems are a part of life! It is a fact. Over the last 20 years I have had the opportunity to guide and advise people in their problems and stresses.

In doing so, I have noticed a recurring theme in the psychology of how people deal with problems. Often, we subconsciously gravitate toward preventing problems occurring, that in turn we forget to be grateful and happy for all the positive things that we have!

Being a monk people often assume that my life is free from stress and problems. On the contrary, I always say problems are present in all our lives, just the flavour of the problem differs.

I have found that the first step in dealing with problems is being aware and accepting that they are present in all of our life's. This video is aimed to try and convey this point.

In the videos to follow I will share tools and techniques using the ancient wisdom from the Vedas to deal with the common problems of life, how to develop gratitude and live a more happy & fulfilling life.

I hope you can join us on this journey and I would love to hear what you thought about this video!
