Video or Audio Downloader CS50P Final Project (by Tan Li Quan)

Allows you to download videos/audio in .mp4 and .mp3 format.
Optionally, you can download the all video/ audio from a playlist of Youtube videos
Optionally, you can also choose to download a clip of a video/ audio from a Youtube video.

Libraries
- pytube was used to download video.
- moviepy was used to get clips from .mp4/.mp3 format
- os was used to change .mp4 format to .mp3 format
- sys was used to enable user to specify video or audio option in command line
