Good Morning(9/25/23) - New 30 Day Plan

A couple of months ago I set 6 daily goals for myself that I would accomplish for 60 days straight. I did it and by the end I was feeling better, healthier, lost weight, and had a new sense of motivation. Since those 60 days ended I’ve felt myself slipping back so I’m going to be setting a new set of goals for the next 30 days! More on that tonight.
