Technology is moving too fast

Our technology is moving too fast, we don't know how our technology works. Too many people in an industry that is moving way to fast to be useful. So we have no lasting infrastructure because we keep rebuilding things. Over complexification, creates jobs but quality suffers. Can we rely on tech? I think not for much longer.
