Bits of Torah Truths - Faith does Not Make Void the Torah - Episode 68

Romans 3:31
לא הַאִם אָנוּ מְבַטְּלִים אֵפוֹא אֶת הַתּוֹרָה עַל–יְדֵי הָאֱמוּנָה? חַס וְחָלִילָה! אַדְּרַבָּא, אָנוּ נוֹתְנִים תֹּקֶף לַתּוֹרָה.

Romans 3:31
31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. (KJV)

Here Paul is making the case for salvation by faith and not by works. The major point is that the Torah was not given for man to earn his salvation. Paul makes his case and then asks in Romans 3:31 does Faith make void the Torah? His conclusion is a resounding No, we establish the Torah by our faith! Therefore, the Torah has not passed away!
