Exploring Abandoned 1960s Fallout Shelter 60ft. Underground | Found Backroom Infirmary

In this episode, I'm taking you 65 feet underground inside a multilevel abandoned new orleans civil defense bunker. You would never guess, but the bunker sits in the middle of a well-populated neighborhood that most people don't even know existed, although it's hidden in plain sight.
The Office of civil defense built this shelter in the 1960s during the height of the cold war. It was made for hurricanes, nuclear attacks, or any other natural disasters. It was able to house 300 people, and its primary purpose was to be the headquarters for important city officials. Loaded with over 100 bunk beds,a fully functional kitchen, bathrooms, and backup generators that can last for months, this place was indeed the real deal.
