Aloo Paratha Recipe _ 3 Ways to Make Aloo Paratha _ नए तरीके से बनाए आलू का पराठ

1. Classic Aloo Paratha Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilies, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth filling.
3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a small circle and place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center.
4. Bring the edges of the dough together to seal the filling and roll it out gently into a round paratha.
5. Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the pan and cook until golden brown spots appear on one side.
6. Flip the paratha and cook the other side, applying ghee or oil on both sides until it turns crispy and golden.
7. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice. Enjoy!
2. Spicy Aloo Paratha with Mint-Coriander Chutney:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking
- Mint-coriander chutney for serving
Instructions:
1. Follow the same steps 1 to 4 as mentioned in the Classic Aloo Paratha recipe.
2. Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the pan and cook until golden brown spots appear on one side.
3. Flip the paratha and cook the other side, applying ghee or oil on both sides.
4. Serve hot with mint-coriander chutney and enjoy the spicy and flavorful Aloo Paratha!
3. Cheese-Stuffed Aloo Paratha:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Ghee or oil for cooking

Instructions:

2. Take a portion of the rolled dough, place a spoonful of the potato filling in the center, and top it with grated cheese.

5. Flip the paratha and cook the other side, applying ghee or oil on both sides.
