Why is the test for 30 minutes?
All smart devices? CB? Car radio? Satillite? Does that mean if someone owns a smart fridge will it come through that?
Is it going to come across all devices at the same time or separately?
Will we still be able to make phone calls?
Will people be able to use credit and debit cards?
Will it knock out all communications?
What can the government accomplish within that 30 minutes?
