Mom Wins Lawsuit Against School After School Transitions Daughter Without Permission

A woman named Jessica Konen won a $100,000 law against a school her daughter went to where the school secretly transitioned her daughter without her consent or notice.
Currently, instead of focusing on the basic curriculum to help kids to learn to get the jobs they want, LGBTQ has been a thing that has been pushed in schools, having kids learn "pronouns" and "representation".
Jessica's daughter Alicia had been a member of the Equality Club at the Buena Vista Middle School in California in Grade 6. Alicia had been given articles about LGBTQ and how to hide it from her mother, given a gender support plan, given a male name, and allowed to use the boy's washroom at school.
When Jessica found out that the school was doing this without her consent, the school tried to use Alicia's male name and male pronouns, even during the lawsuit.
Unfortunately Jessica wasn't the only parent having to deal with schools trying to force transition kids without parental consent. It's a common thing nowadays to hear about this.
California Governor Gavin Newsom supports the idea of whitewashing, book censoring, and perpetuating prejudice.
Parents have decided to homeschool their kids or switch to private schools to avoid having to deal with these issues.
If a student is on a school trip, it is the school faculty's problem if a student gets injured on a trip, and they need to let the parents or guardian know about it right away. Yet regarding LGBTQ, they don't let the parents or guardians know? It's a violation of the law, and it's up to the parents or guardians on what happens to their kid, not the school.
