Aether Classical Element Earth, History, Science, Space, Energy And Our Civilization
Aether video presents its original content as well as exploring for the first time the technology related to electromagnetic field, ions, fusion reactor, resonator, capacitor, frequencies, sound waves, tuned circuits, torus, tokamak, vortex and coils used in the construction of star fortresses, airships, stargates, teleportation, and White Star Cities by the steam-powered civilization that I call our Previous Civilization or White Federation. A confederation of states destroyed by plasma weapons and floods carefully engineered by the Parasites.
Words like Aether, Tartaria, star fortresses, 'healing pipe organs sound', power stations, free energy, antennas, or ‘glorious architecture’ instantly became recurrent talk by many and suddenly everyone began looking at the architecture of their cities, realizing that the magnificent structures could have been built long ago by a far more Advanced Civilization - known by many as Great Tartaria.
The Elements and Their Uses
Most simple spells are performed with only one or two elements, but complex spells can involve all five. Depending on the spell pattern, different energies can be used for similar effects. In addition, talented and accomplished Wizards and Magelings can weave spells using elements outside what one would expect, making that spell harder to unweave. Elements are the threads, but the spell pattern creates the final product.
Earth: Besides the obvious like ground and stone, Earth energy is used in spells involving plants, animals (including humans), and physical attributes such as strength and durability. It’s often combined with Water and Aether for healing effects, though extreme healing requires all five elements and considerable power.
Air: Air energy is used for transport spells such as flight and appration, as well as weather control (along with Water) and sound. It can be a powerful offensive and defensive weapon when combined with other elements, creating bolts of force, telekinesis, speed, and even electrical effects.
Water: Water energy is used for weather (along with Air) and ice and steam effects. Because Water is the source of life and is everywhere, it can be very potent. Water Energy is important in healing spells, and its inverse (anything that heals can also kill). There are legends about Wizards that can pull the Water right out of a person’s body, drying them up like the desert.
Fire: Fire energy is used in the most obvious offensive spells. Fire spells are often difficult to control, because fire itself is so chaotic. If used correctly, fire is a vital tool, what set us apart from cavemen. Fire, along with Earth, can be used to increase vitality, as in “inner fire.” Fire spells are discouraged in heavily populated areas, for obvious reasons.
Aether: Aether is the most difficult of elements to understand, as it cannot be perceived. Aether represents the mind and soul, but also the cosmos. Aether is beyond most people’s understanding, and it is very difficult for a mageling to use (though Hendricks proved able to use it in The Watchmage of Old New York). Aether is used in telepathic and emotional effects, illusions, and offensive spells that involve movement, such as force and telekinesis (when combined with Air). It is the most important element in healing spells, which is why powerful healing spells are beyond the scope of almost all magelings.
It seems in the answer they are responding to the idea of there existing a centralized tatar state around the 15th-18th centuries. This is based on a pretty egregious misunderstanding of sources but seems, on the surface, innocent enough. THE tartaria conspiracy theory though, that this empire covered the earth and was swept away in a mud flood maybe 200 years ago or less is....well all conspiracy theories are to a greater or lesser degree nonsense, and this one is greater.
The idea of a moon landing hoax, for example, is aggravating and its adherents frustrating BUT at least there's a plausible motive (winning the space race) and the mechanism of the conspiracy theory at least exists (faked video). However, it's harmful because it is an accusation against still living people and extant organizations. Specific people, like Buzz Aldrin (look up him punching someone calling him a liar for some catharsis).
I would put the Tartaria stuff in the same boat as maybe flat earth - there is no evidence for it and literally all evidence, ever, against it. Shoot, I probably at least get the ancient aliens people a little bit better (I have a good friend, with a master's degree in aerospace engineering, who dabbled in it a little courtesy of the damned history channel). They have the courtesy to set their conspiracy so long ago that they can at least claim ignorance there.
I honestly think the best thing is to not engage. My toddler misbehaves for attention, and I feel like this type of thing is a sort of intellectual misbehaving. The advice is to not give the toddler feedback - positive or negative - and I think the same applies here. The people who believe it in part LIKE the idea of the intellectual "elite" (i.e. anyone with an elementary school education) lashing out in anger and it just encourages and fuels them.
Edit: the podcast also mentions that some unknown quantity of people doing this are, and I believe this is the technical scientific term, "shitposters." Their behavior is a bit more literally like my toddler: post outrageous stuff (in my day we'd add the technical qualifier "for the lulz") and chuckle at the outrage. Another reason not to engage. They like it because it's their goal, and the (hopefully smaller) portion of true believers like it because they can twist it to validate the conspiracy. You can't win because they've manufactured a scenario where any action is more proof.
Edit: Heaven help me I've gone and visited the tartaria subreddit and.... honestly my impression is most of the top posts are of the "goofing around" kind who don't actually believe this. I almost get a role playing vibe. That's not to say people don't really believe it but I'm skeptical it's a significantly big movement.

An Insider's Guide To Sound Bathing: What To Know Before Tuning In Perhaps you've tried yoga, meditation, or even breathwork—but have you ever heard of sound bathing? This immersive experience offers more than just relaxation—and anyone can have a sound bath right in their own home. Here's what to know about the increasingly popular practice.
What is a sound bath?
Sound bathing (also sometimes called "sound meditation" or "sound therapy") is the practice of mindfully listening to different sounds that help relax the body and mind.
As sound therapist and meditation teacher Sara Auster explains to mbg, sound baths provide an immersive, full-body listening experience "that can bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being."
Unlike certain meditations or breathwork practices, sound baths don't involve much guidance. Instead, they call on the audience to be present and listen. You can either attend an in-person sound bath (usually in a group setting) or listen to audio at home.
You can create a sound bath experience using many different instruments. Auster, for example, plays "singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and other overtone-emitting instruments to stimulate the alpha and theta brain waves," Auster explains.
How sound therapy works
When you settle in for your sound bath, Auster notes, you lie down, perhaps get cozy with a blanket and an eye mask, and allow stillness to wash over you. "You feel completely off-duty—as if getting ready for sleep," she explains, adding, "Your body has permission to slow down and rest, to receive without the need to respond or react."
From there, the sounds begin to provide a stable frequency for fluctuating brain waves to latch on to, in a process known as entrainment1.
"By using rhythm and frequency," sound therapy practitioner Nate Martinez previously wrote for mindbodygreen, "we can entrain our brainwaves, and it then becomes possible to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur)."
"As sound slows the heart and respiratory rate," Auster adds, "it can also create a therapeutic and restorative effect on the mind and body."

Auster explains that sound baths are "are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective of what's going on within you."
By accessing brain waves like alpha and theta, we're able to reach states similar to those achieved in meditation.

Increased well-being
Sound baths may help promote deeper sleep and less stress. While research on the therapeutic qualities of sound healing is relatively limited, one 2017 study in the Journal of Evidence-Based Complementary & Alternative Medicine concluded that Tibetan singing bowls can reduce feelings of tension, anxiety, and depression and increase overall spiritual well-being2.

And of course, if nothing else, sound baths present the opportunity to relax and recharge. "Many participants have sent notes [to me] expressing that these sound baths have provided a deep rest and release that they haven't been able to find on their own," Auster tells mbg.
They provide a chance to "power down your phone, get quiet, and listen without the need to consciously respond or react," she adds.

The way you react and relate to sound says a lot about you. "If you find a particular sound to be triggering or annoying, then I think it's a very interesting thing to investigate. Why is that happening? There's a lot of information there," Auster previously told mbg. It's also OK to stay away from sounds that interfere with your relaxation.

At home:
And if you opt to go the at-home sound bath route, get your recording ready, lie down somewhere comfortable (yes, even on your bed!), and prepare to relax. Dim the lights, take a few deep breaths, close your eyes, and let yourself become immersed in the sounds. Headphones or quality speakers are recommended, but work with what you've got.
Lastly, you can consider getting your own instruments to experiment with different sound therapies yourself, whether you invest in a singing bowl, chimes, or gongs.

Holding back a flood of conspiracies
Though the Tartarian Empire seemed to wink into existence in the past few years, the themes its believers explore are familiar ones. Conspiracy theories are a way to channel restive populism in the face of rapid social and demographic change, Ditto says, and there’s plenty of that going around. They are also a way to gather up amorphous fears and put them in a specific place, to make them more manageable. Ditto calls this “over-intentionalization.
“If your fate is controlled by impersonal, systemic forces, it doesn’t offer you much control over your own destiny,” he says. “But if you can localize it to a small group of people whose motives you understand — they are out to get you — then it at least offers some hope that you can overcome their malevolent intentions.”
Belief in conspiracy theories can also be driven by loneliness, isolation and economic hardship, which made a pandemic a fertile Petri dish, and helped QAnon’s believers storm the Capitol by force and through the ballot box. The social atomization forced on us by Covid-19 is a hyperbolic retelling of the Tower of Babel (which has a special place in Tartarian lore) and its attendant anxiety at fracturing and divided cultures. The great reset that erased that tower — and the fabulous, fictional empire that built it — continues to reverberate, splintering us into ever-stranger factions.
And Ditto says it does seem like reality is getting harder to decipher. The internet has made it easier to disseminate misinformation while eroding faith in the media hierarchies that once filtered it out. Polarization and a lack of trust in government and institutions creates a feedback loop, where leaders can’t solve problems because their political bases are too narrow, and the resulting failures engender more distrust. It’s not a new cycle — despite a spike in media attention, there’s not much evidence that conspiratorial thinking is more common now than in years past — but technology can make these currents of collective delusion more powerful, and harder to ignore.
The basic human desires for community, stories (the more outrageous the better) and the need to feel like a protagonist in a wider struggle are what pulls us from moments of real social, economic and cultural dislocation into fabricated histories. Buildings and cities are made to grow old, to outlast people, and to be a testament to these cultural histories. They’re a yardstick for a culture’s ability to endure. When they’re not given the chance to do this, the contradiction can break something loose, and send people scavenging for cultural memory that feels ancient enough to anchor them in an uncertain now.
If anything, the world is consistent; no one in any country has a clue how to rebuild the castles found in their own countries.

Its made by a guy who calls himself Ewaranon. Its put well together with a lot of great evidence, theories and findings of multiple topics. Its a long watch, I agree.....but its divided into several chapters. I recommend watching the first 20 or 30 min and see if it interests/sparks you. It sure got my attention as Ewaranon points out a lot of strange stuff in our world....and the narrative we know from history books. I am still thinking about all the stuff he said and points out to us. As its a lot to deal with and can shake one up. I find it fascinating though.
But the tip of the iceberg is that this video also perhaps has the only real video footage of Tartarian technology. At one point he explains how Cathedrals and other old buildings really work, as in that they are energy generators. Do we live in a simulation? Some physicists and philosophers believe that we are living in a simulation, a reality in which post-humans have not developed yet and we are actually living in reality. The simulation hypothesis suggests that we are all likely living in an extremely powerful computer program, and future generations might have mega-computers that can run numerous and detailed simulations of their forebears, in other words “ancestor simulations,” in which simulated beings are imbued with a sort of artificial consciousness. The simulation hypothesis is the latest in a long tradition of philosophical thinking that questions the ultimate nature of the reality we experience. If we do live in a simulation, it is likely that a great deal of our universe is “painted in,” leading to solipsism, the idea that we are the only person who really exists.
Creationism is a religious belief that nature, including the universe, Earth, life, and humans, originated with supernatural acts of divine creation. It includes a continuum of religious views that vary in their acceptance or rejection of scientific explanations such as evolution. The term creationism most often refers to belief in special creation, where the universe and lifeforms were created by divine action, and the only true explanations are those that are compatible with a Christian fundamentalist literal interpretation of the creation myth found in the Bible's Genesis creation narrative.
