Harley Benton DC Junior upgrade Frenzy!

Time to upgrade the Harley Benton. Not that it really needed it but let's see if throwing parts at it makes a difference.

The Harley Benton I bought used for £99 was compared to a Gibson Les Paul Junior '58 custom shop and gave as good as it got I think, so I put together a shopping list of lovely parts including:

Mojo Dogear P90 and Mojo paper in oil 0.022uF capacitor
CTS TVT taper pots
Tone Pros metric adjustable intonation wraparound bridge
Vintage style Kluson single line tuners
Gibson style bell knobs and pointers
Tiny Tone tort guard and backplate

The cost was considerably more then the guitar cost but I could tell the Benton was a good sounding guitar - even unplugged and I wanted to treat it nice.

So here is the demo.
I am using a Lazy J 20 with the built in reverb (thank you Jesse) and a Tone King Ironman II mini attenuator with a Rode NT1-A and Shure SM57 just off the cone and into a Presonus Studio68C and recorded in Studio One.

No effects or processing or added reverb. Just exactly what came out of the amplifier.

I am fiddling with the volume and tone control which were wired in modern wiring.
