Takamine EG-332C demo

This guitar is a Takamine EG-332C, made in Taiwan and built between 1994 and 2003 I believe.
It features a solid spruce top and a dreadnought style body with a cutaway and built in piezo electric pickup system with 3 band EQ and master gain.

It was for sale on behalf of a friend, so I took the opportunity to do a demo.

I have made a demo to show the sound both acoustically with a Rode NT1-A pointed at the end of the fretboard and in combination with the built in pickup system set flat for EQ and with gain halfway.
I also solo the pure electric sound. This went into a Fender Twin Reverb and was recorded with an SM57.

It's a good sounding instrument and the action is not too high at the 12th but having room for hard strumming and no sign of any major blemishes or signs of the bridge pulling the top up as can be the case with some acoustics. The frets are good and the neck features a proper rosewood board, being from a generation of guitars which were built with quality woods before the Pau Ferro and Indian Laurel substitutes started diluting the craft.

The guitar is in great shape and is almost as new really.
It also comes with a pretty solid hard shell case.
