Neck Roll Stretch / Awareness that you can do at home. The head is the top of the tower. Any imbalances in the neck will cause somewhere below to compensate to keep the eyes level.

The goal is to always aim to balance your tissue. Spend time building the awareness of what feels tight and stretch that area. Use the contact relax method of 5 seconds contracting against the line of pull and 5 seconds off for 3 breaths. @callankrause1402
