Cat killed in Lahaina fire still standing

I don't understand how this cat is still in the standing position in a "wildfire". This is not normal. It's like he saw Medusa. If you look closely past the char, his fur is still on there. That should've been the first thing to go in a fire. Also, he's standing on the street that isn't flammable.
