mRNA Vaccine Contamination Much Worse Than Thought: Jabs “Up to 35%” DNA That Turns
Human Cells into Long-Term Spike Protein Factories

Dr. Kevin McKernan and his team who had subjected the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna to deep sequencing analysis and found alarming levels of DNA contaminants known as plasmids. These are small circular DNA molecules that in principle can self-replicate in bacterial and human cells and induce the cell to produce the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein long term. Each vaccine dose was found to contain billions of these plasmids.

The Moderna vaccine appeared to contain DNA contamination at around the ‘safe’ level set by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) at the equivalent of one part per 3,000 mRNA molecules, though it’s not clear how safe this level really is. The Pfizer vaccine, on the other hand, was found to contain DNA contamination at 10 times the ‘safe’ level, at one plasmid per 350 mRNA molecules.

The DNA is part of the vaccine manufacturing process, providing the blueprint for the mRNA, but it should have been removed to at least the ‘safe’ level, though was not for reasons that are unclear.

Now, Dr. McKernan and his team have undertaken further analysis and found that the level of DNA contamination is much greater than originally reported, with up to 35% of the vaccine product being this DNA contamination. They write:

This equates to 20-35% of the nucleic acid in each vaccine being expression vector. This is several orders of magnitude over the the EMAs limit of 330ng/mg. With these levels of contamination, RT activity from LINE-1 is not a prerequisite for genome integration.

Molecular biologist Dr. Jessica Rose explains that this means each dose may contain trillions of DNA molecules, 100 times greater than previously reported: “The left-over expression vectors used to manufacture the mRNAs are at contamination levels 100-fold higher than originally proposed and imply trillions of DNA molecules per dose. This has implications for integration into our genome.”

Replicating the findings of American scientists Kevin McKernan and Phillip Buckhaults, the German
biologist Jürgen O. Kirchner has also found massive levels of DNA contamination in vials of the
BioNTech-Pfizer mRNA vaccine deployed in the home country of the vaccine, Germany. Although commonly
referred to as the ‘Pfizer’ vaccine outside of Germany, the vaccine was in fact developed by the German company
BioNTech and BioNTech is its legal manufacturer.

Whereas Pfizer manufactures the mRNA for U.S. supply of the finished drug, BioNTech itself is responsible
for manufacturing the mRNA for EU supply in partnership with European subcontractors. This does not appear
to have made any difference for the issue of DNA contamination, however.

Kirchner first warned about the problem of DNA contamination of the BioNTech vaccine already in 2022 in the
book Die mRNA-Maschine – ‘The mRNA Machine’ – which he published under the pseudonym David O. Fischer. The
book contains an entire chapter on ‘The DNA Contamination of BioNTech’s mRNA Vaccine and its Risks’ and
cites European Medical Agency documents which acknowledge the problem without quantifying it.

Phillip Buckhaults, a cancer genomics expert, and professor at the University of South Carolina has testified before a South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee saying that Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine is contaminated with billions of tiny DNA fragments.

Buckhaults, who has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology, said “there is a very real hazard” that these fragments of foreign DNA can insert themselves into a person’s own genome and become a “permanent fixture of the cell.”

He said it’s a plausible mechanism for what might be “causing some of the rare but serious side effects like death from cardiac arrest” in people following mRNA vaccination.

129 Omicron BA.1-related isolates, 141 BA.1.1-related isolates, and 122 BA.2-related isolates,
and tried to dissolve the evolutionary processes of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants,
including the order of mutations leading to the formation of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron
variants and the occurrence of homologous recombination. As a result, we concluded
that the formations of a part of Omicron isolates BA.1, BA.1.1, and BA.2 were not
the products of genome evolution as is commonly observed in nature...

There were no synonymous mutations in the Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta, or Mu variants,
but only one each in the Lambda and Omicron variants. Among these variants, the Omicron variant
(BA.1 lineage), which shows the greatest accumulation of mutations in the S protein, is primarily
non-synonymous in the S protein and has only one synonymous mutation at c25000u. The
synonymous/non-synonymous ratio is abnormal, given how human coronaviruses have mutated.

Abstract
Currently there are four major pharmaceutical companies who manufacture a SARS-CoV-2 now called SARS-CoV-19 vaccine. These
manufactures and their vaccine are Pfizer--BioNTech mRNA Vaccine, the Moderna-Lonza mRNA-1273 Vaccine, the Serum Institute
Oxford Astrazeneca Vaccine and the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine, manufactured by Janssen Biotech Inc., a Janssen Pharmaceutical
Company of Johnson and Johnson, a recombinant, replication-incompetent adenovirus type 26 expressing the SARS-CoV-2 spike
protein [1]. The intended purpose of these vaccines are to provide immunity from the so-called infectious novel coronavirus or
SARS-CoV-2 virus now called the SARS-CoV-19. These four pharmaceutical companies have not provided complete FDA disclosure on
their vaccine box, insert fact sheet or label for many of the major and/or minor ingredients contained within these so-called vaccines.
The purpose of this research article is to identify those specific major and minor ingredients contained in the Pfizer Vaccine, the
Moderna Vaccine, the Astrazeneca Vaccine and the Janssen Vaccine using various scientific anatomical, physiological and functional
testing for each SARS-COV-2-19 vaccine. As a human right, governed under World Law by the Nuremberg Code of 1947, the vaccine
specific ingredient information is critical, required and necessary to know so that any human from any country in the World can
make an informed decision whether or not to consent to the SAR-CoV-2-19 inoculation [2]. We have conducted the scientific testing
on each vaccine and have identified several ingredients or adjuvants that have not been disclosed which are contained in these
four SARS-CoV-2-19 vaccines. Currently, these vaccines are being administered to millions of humans around the World under an
Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) issued by each country without full disclosure of all ingredients and in some cases mandated by

The amount of spike protein produced is uncontrolled and uncontrollable, as is the duration over which it is produced. High levels of spike antibodies have been found many months after injection, suggesting continued
creation of the protein.

The spike protein produced has inbuilt differences compared to the natural version - the replacement of uridine by pseudouridine - designed to ensure the mRNA is less degradable. Other changes (eg codon optimisation) may well alter the folding characteristics of the protein produced - with unknown consequences.

It is thought that the spike protein may translocate to the nuclei of cells, the risks of which are still unknown.

The repeated creation of spike from multiple injections may have deleterious effects, both on the ability to fight similar viruses (so-called “tolerance” created through changing the type of antibody created) through to immune exhaustion (reducing the body’s ability to fight other pathogens or cancers)

The LNPs themselves (notwithstanding their “payload”) may well be pro-inflammatory in themselves…
