It was the same in the military, when police chiefs or military squadron bosses fail to support those they command, trust breaks down.

Here I talk about a fighter pilot friend of mine, one of my team, who my boss wouldn't let fly alone on his last flight in the RAF - the boss didn't trust those under his command! It's the same as no police chief in the UK has come forward with suppoirt for the firearms officers!

Shocking behaviour and no wonder they are handing their weapons in!
