In this video I share my low-carb, ketogenic recipe for chicken fritters
Chicken Fritters

Ingredients
1 Can Cooked chicken (354g Costco)
2 Eggs
1 cup Shredded Cheese of Choice
¼ cup Almond flour or 3Tb almond plus 1Tb psyllium)
½ cup Diced green, red peppers, onions, garlic
Seasonings of Choice

Directions
Sauté veggies and add to bowl
Mix in remaining ingredients
Pre-heat pan with oil
Place small portions in the pan and press down to make patties
Flip when brown
Remove from pan and serve with dressing of choice
