"Sweet and Satisfying: Dive into the Delicious World of Mango Chia Pudding!"

This creamy mango chia pudding has all of the tropical summer flavors with the delicious combination of mango and coconut🤤 It’s the perfect summer breakfast or refreshing dessert!

✨Ingredients
1 large mango
1/2 can of coconut milk (7 oz)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp dairy-free milk

✨Directions
Peel the mango and remove the pit. Then transfer the fruit to a blender. Blend until you get no more chunks.

Transfer the mango juice to a bowl, then add the canned coconut milk, regular dairy-free milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk everything together.

Note: we are using both canned coconut milk and regular dairy-free milk. The canned coconut milk is super thick and creamy and is used to create a creamy consistency, and the regular milk works to thin it out a little bit.

Refrigerate the pudding for a few hours, until it thickens.

Then top it with coconut yogurt and fresh mango, and enjoy!
