Iconic ice cream parlor may face wrecking ball

A century-old property in Maryland is poised for demolition after a judge sided with a city in a land ownership dispute. A judge ruled last month that Nathans Associates had no valid claim to the Dumser's Dairyland after a previous lease with Ocean City expired last year.
