Jeep Cherokee 3.2L Failed Rocker Arm Diagnosis, Tear Down (Part 1)

This video goes over how to break down inside the valve cover and check to see if a rocker arm has failed on a Jeep Cherokee 3.2L Pentastar motor. This car had a P0301 code, coil and plug were changed, Throttle body was cleaned and eventually changed. The car still had the P0301 code which is a misfire on cylinder 1. a very common problem on the 3.2L and the 3.6L is a failure of the rockers. the roller fails on the bearing surface and makes a distinctive clicking sound when rolled.
