Fix System requirements not met' warning in Windows 11 in 2023

If you have installed Windows 11 without the TPM 2.0 module, you may encounter the message 'System requirements not met. Go to settings to learn more' at the bottom-right corner of your desktop.

Instructions:
1. Open the Registry Editor. Click the Yes button when you get the User Account Control prompt to open Registry Editor with admin rights.
2. In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache
NOTE: If you cannot find the UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache key, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel, right-click on the Control Panel key, select New and then select Key. Name the new key as UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache.
3: On the left side, select the UnsupportedHardwareNotificationCache key. On the right side, perform a right-click, select New and then select DWORD (32-bit) Value. Name it SV1 if you are running Windows 11 stable build, Beta, or Release Preview. If you are on an Insider build, name it SV2. Double-click it.
NOTE: You may already have the SV1 item. If so, just double-click it.
4. Change the value from 1 to 0. Restart your computer.
