Here are 4 variations of Nutella, these are just ideas for you to see the different ingredients we can use to make Nutella with, mix and match based on the ingredients you prefer. It’s so much fun experimenting, and yes even people with nut allergies can have Nutella. 😉 Some tips :

👉🏻 Nuts - hazelnuts (tastes just like Nutella), or even chickpea for those with allergies works (it gives a slightly synthetic flavour, you can add more choc or sweetner to bring it to your taste).
👉🏻 For consistency - water, oil or your milk of choice works
👉🏻 For chocolate - Cacao, cocoa powder, cacao nibs or chocolate bars (remember, cacao/nibs will need more sweetener)
👉🏻 For sweetness - Jaggery, dates, desi khand, coconut sugar, brown sugar etc.

1️⃣ The original
Hazel nut - 1 cup
Cacao powder - 4tbsp
Desi khand - 4tbsp
Vanilla - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1.5 tbsp (add more if required to adjust consistency)
Salt

2️⃣ Peanut Nutella
Peanuts - 1 cup
Cacao - 1/4 cup
Dates - 7
Salt & vanilla - 1/4tsp
Water - 3/4 cup (add more if required to adjust consistency)

3️⃣ Almond Nutella
Almond & cashew - 1/2 cup each
Cocoa - 1/4 cup
Coconut sugar- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 - 1 cup (add little by little, to get the consistency you’re looking for)
Salt

4️⃣ Chickpea Nutella
Chickpeas - soak overnight, pressure cook for 4 whistles & use 1 cup of cooked chickpea
Jaggery - 1/2 cup
Water - 3/4 cup (add little by little, to get the consistency you’re looking for)
Coco melted - 4 rows

These have much lesser sugar, better oils/oil substitutes that store bought Nutella! Enjoy!
