How High Caffeine Intake Affects Body Fat Loss

Personally I noticed a huge positive effect on my body composition when I switched from coffee to green tea and then from green tea to a mushroom coffee alternative that has practically no caffeine in it all all. I sleep better, recover better, have better workout because I’m less scatter brained, and there are no afternoon crashes. I think clearer and have significant less anxiety. I might just be someone who can’t tolerate caffeine but if I knew how better my life without it would be I’d have given up the drug a long time ago. If you can tolerate it without issues, enjoy. Sadly I couldn’t.
