Meringues in the Gozney Pizza Dome

Lets create some meringues in the Gozney Dome
Recipe:
200 grams egg whites
400 grams icing sugar
Pinch if salt
Powdered vanilla or vanilla paste to taste
2 drops gel food colour
Dry in a preheated Gozney dome at 70 degrees Celsius (we had the oven open for 2 hours for a pizza party, so it remained warm for a long time. You want to dry these out for at least 5 hours).
