Samagri (Ingredients):

2 aloo (potatoes), chhilke utar ke cubes mein kata hua
2 ande (eggs)
1 pyaaz (onion), finely chopped
1 tamatar (tomato), chopped
1/2 tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
1 tsp dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2 tbsp tel (oil)
Namak (salt) swad anusar
Hara dhaniya (fresh coriander leaves) garnish ke liye
Instructions:

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera daalein. Jeera sunehra hone tak bhunein.

Ab ismein pyaaz daal ke translucent hone tak sauté karein.

Ab ismein aloo dalein aur use ache se mix karein. Dhakkan lagakar aloo ko dhimi aanch par pakaayein, jab tak woh soft ho jaayein.
