Recipe

2 tsp olive oil
1 onion sliced
1/4 capsicum sliced
1/2 packet paneer or tofu
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 small head Broccoli cut into florets and blanched
2-3 birds red chilli
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 -1 tsp chopped ginger

Slurry
2.5 tsp cornflour
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tsp any hot sauce

Garnish
Spring onions and sesame seeds

1. To branch Broccoli cut into florets and submerge in boiling water for a minute, statin and run under cold water
2. Prepare slurry and keep aside, there should not be lumps
3. Sauté paneer or tofu in little oil until little brown
4. Heat oil, add chilli ginger garlic, onion sauté, add broccoli and capsicum cook in high flame. Add salt pepper
5. Remember not to over cook the vegetables as they should have a crunch
6. Add tofu and paneer and add slurry
7. Mix all well and garnish with roasted sesame seeds and spring onion..
