1 shot, 2 in custody after shooting incident at Oklahoma State Fair

September 23rd just before 9pm there was a shooting at the Oklahoma State Fair Bennett Event Center. This was an isolated incident, 1-person was shot & two people taken into custody. A handgun was recovered, & the victim transported to a local hospital.
