KEYS to remember:

1. Less than 25 lbs no need for a framed bag under a 5 hour hike.
2. INCH BAG must be at least 85 liters and 600 Denier and weigh at least 8 lbs empty. This is your last back pack.
3. Carry your loads low and tight.
4. 30% of your body mass - Athlete and in great shape
5. 20% of your body mass - Average health and active
6. 10% of your body mass - If you are out of shape ( so get in shape )
