Central MD's artillery units in action in special military operation zone

▫️Despite the small size of the drones, the equipment of Osa-AKM SAM systems makes it possible to detect and destroy enemy drones at long ranges. One anti-aircraft missile system ammunition is enough for six targets.

For perfect performance of combat duty in protecting the airspace in the areas where Russian troops are located, the anti-aircraft missile system crew was presented with state awards.

▫️ During the special military operation, crews of anti-aircraft missile defence systems of the Western Military District continue to provide round-the-clock air defence.

▫️ This crew suffered from AFU fire more than once, but always continued to fulfil its combat tasks.

For heroism and bravery shown in the performance of combat tasks during the course of the special military operation, the crew was awarded state honours.
