Be Brutally Honest With Yourself

You can tell the level of your honesty with yourself, by the level of resistance you are experiencing in life.
If you are flowing and have no resistance in your mind and heart. You are living your truth.

If you know something to be bad for you. Yet you tell yourself otherwise. Telling yourself a story backed up by preconceived notions. You are living a lie.

You will then have to work awefully hard to back those stories up. Backing it up with a lot of made up falsehoods. This takes work to hold up overtime and you’ll wear yourself out.

With one rock of truth thrown at this pile of lies you’ve built up. It will come crumbling down.

Allow yourself to find your rock of truth. Take it, and throw it, To then reveal the truth of the matter to yourself. It is only then that you can experience life and all it has to offer. Without resistance, and with grace.
