1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed and patted dry
15 oz box vanilla cake mix
3 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
⅓ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
For the streusel topping
⅓ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Add the vanilla cake mix to a large mixing bowl
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and oil
Stir the wet ingredients into the cake mix until just combined using a rubber spatula
Fold in the fresh blueberries
To make the streusel, combine the flour, brown sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand
Line a muffin tin with 12 liners
Distribute the muffin batter into the muffin cups. Top with the streusel topping
Bake the blueberry muffins at 350 degrees for 23-28 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
