MUSEVENI TO GIVE MINING RIGHTS TO INVESTOR PATEL IN MOROTO DISTRICT.

President Museveni has commissioned the new Tororo Cement Vertical Rolling Milling plant worth USD25 million. 
Speaking during the commissioning of the plant president Yoweri Museveni promised to grant other mining rights to investor Patel to build more factories in the designated 10,000 square mile mineral rich endowed area in Moroto District.
President Museveni also warned politicians of wanting to join politics without a medical analysis of Uganda's health and economic requirements.
