Effective cross-border response - Minister Onek inaugurates new Refugee Appeals Board

Government may consider sheltering refugees in collective settlements to reserve more land for farming.
This follows reduction of food supply to refugees by the World Food Program, something reportedly breeding criminality amongst some refugees living in Uganda.
Minister for relief, disaster preparedness and refugees, Engineer Hilary Onek, expressed this while inaugurating the new Refugee Appeals Board at Office of the Prime Minister.
