Solutions to Kampala floods - Kampala MPs urge for KCCA budget increase

Members of Parliament representing regions of Kampala Capital City have teamed up to add a common voice to the solution of floods and poor drainage affecting the capital City.
The MPs addressed a press conference in Parliament after floods hit hard the business community in Kampala.
The legislators believe that the poor status of drainage channels is number one cause of the flooding, hence urge government to consider increasing the budget allocation to KCCA to enable it resolve this issue.
