I ran 17 MILES to the Buffalo Bills home opener in a banana costume!

Since 2017, I've been running from Hertel to Highmark Stadium on the morning of the Buffalo Bills home opener to celebrate one of the biggest days of the year in Buffalo, NY!

This tradition has grown over the years, and this year was no exception. As a current Texan, I flew in and brought a friend who followed me on a bike to live stream the event, and we fundraised for a great cause. Team NEGU - a free program for all Courageous Kids that are actively fighting cancer - was the organization that we fundraised for this year because of their relationship with Josh Allen, the quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. And to bring attention to the cause, we wore banana suits (customized with our logo and and name/number by my wife) for the ENTIRE 18 MILE RUN
