INGREDIENTS:-

"Salad preparation"

Kheera (2 adad)
Gajar ( 1 adad)
Payaz (1 adad)
Hari mirch (2 adad)
Pani (1 cup)
Vinegar (half cup)

"Tahini sauce"

White til (1.5 tbsp)
Lehsan ki tori (3 adad)
Mayonnaise ( half cup)
Lemon (1 adad)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)

"Spicy sauce"

Mayonnaise (1.5 tbsp)
Chilli sauce (1 tsp)
Chilli flakes (1 tsp)
Lal mirch ( 1/2 tbsp)

"Chicken preparation"

Oil (2 tbsp)
Lehsan adrak paste (1/2 tbsp)
Chicken boiled (1 bowl)
Namak (1 tsp)
Tikka masala (1.5 tbsp)
Lal mirch (1 tsp)
Tahini sauce (2 tbsp)

HOW TO MAKE:-

Sb se phely vegetable cut kr ky vinegar or pani py dip kr dein...
Tahini sauce bnany ky liye white till, lehsan ki toriya, mayo, lemon ko achi tarah se blend kr ky is me olive oil shamil kr ky achi tarah se mix kr lein...
Spicy sauce bnany ky liye mayo me chilli sauce, dadar mirch or lal mirch ko add kr ky achi tarah se mix kr lein..
Ik pan me oil ly ky is me lehsan adrak paste shamil krein is Ky bbd is me chicken daal Ky achi tarah sy fry kr lein... phr is me tikka masala or lal mirch powder add krein...or akhir me tahini sauce dal ky mix kr lein...
Ab sb se phely shawrma bread ko achi tarah se garam kr ly or is py tahini sauce lgye phr spicy sauce us ky bd chicken ki filling rakhein phr salad or butter paper sy pack kr ky serve krein....
