बनाने की विधि

1 कप लीजिये,
इसमें दूध लीजिये और इसे किसी पतीले / बर्तन में डाल दीजिये और गैस चालू करके गैस पर रख दीजिये.
अब इसमें 1 चम्मच चायपत्ती डालें,
अब अदरक का एक छोटा टुकड़ा लें और इसे मूसल में बारीक पीस लें और चाय में डाल दें.
अब 2 चम्मच चीनी डालें. और इसमें एक उबाल आने दें,
अब गैस को धीमी आंच पर रखें और 3-4 उबाल आने तक उबालें और फिर गैस बंद कर दें. -
अब इसे छलनी की मदद से छान लें.
आपकी मसालेदार चाय तैयार है.
