Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 tomatoes, finely diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Biryani masala

Instructions:
1. Start by rinsing the rice until the water runs clear, then soak it for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pot or pan, heat the mustard oil over medium heat.
3. Add diced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4. Introduce diced tomatoes and sauté until they become soft and mushy.
5. Marinate the chicken with Biryani Masala and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 15 minutes.
7. Add salt to water and bring it to a boil.
8. Add the drained rice and stir gently.
9. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
10. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes.
11. Layer boiled rice and korma, then cook for an additional 10 minutes.
12. Heat ghee in a small pan and drizzle it over the Biryani.

Serve hot and savor the flavors!
