Nissan Altima transmission fails third time

Northern Kentucky woman says her 2008 Altima needs still another transmission. She says her CVT transmission whines and loses power. Nissan acknowledges "complaints from a small percentage of owners of CVT transmissions." Nissan agreed to replace her transmission, saving her a $3,000 repair bill.
